HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
SHIPPING WILL START FROM 25TH OF JUNE FROM EU, POSSIBLE IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES MAY APPLY
Domestic orders: 1 - 3 business days
EU orders: 3 - 7 working days
International orders: 5 - 12 business days
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer. For more precise information, we recommend you to contact your local customs office in order to not to be surprised if there are unexpected shipping costs on your part.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
Please check the invoice inside your parcel package. This will show detailed items that should be in the package. If you have only been sent a shipping email and have not received all your items, please contact us as soon as possible at the email michaelbibi.shop@gmail.com

WHAT DOES PAYMENT REVIEW MEAN?
If your order has been placed under payment review, it means that the order may not have gone through. If the money has been withdrawn from your account and you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be sent to you via email; This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox, so hold on tight! Once our warehouse team has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (for example Address/Cancellation)
As soon as you place your order, we're working on it - we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means you only have 12 hours to request changes. After that we will not be able to make any changes as it is already being processed at the warehouse. You will need to place another order or return any unwanted items.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We are sorry to hear that you received an incorrect or defective item. To help us resolve this issue, please send us a message with the following information:
* Your name
* Your number order
* Product name and code (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
* Image of the defect / incorrect item
CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service. Simply return your items and reorder for a replacement. Refunds will be processed once unwanted items are received.
